We at Recommending the Best Real Estate Agents strive to recommended the best Real Estate Agents in the area. We have multiple ways of checking the reputation of Real Estate Agents, both online and offline. A sample of the checks that our Real Estate Agents go through are:
- When a Real Estate Agent applies to be recommended from us we search and find them online to help determine their reputation. Real Estate Agents with a negative reputation are notified that we will not be able to recommend them and they will not appear on our website.
- Additional online checks are done. One example is if they are registered with the better business bureau.
- After the initial check is done a notification system is set up to monitor there reputation while they are listed with us. If at anytime a negative review is posted online about a Realtor that we have recommended, we will start an investigation process.
- Also, at any time we can be contacted by a customer who has any input on a Real Estate Agent we have recommended. When contacted these comments will be addressed and an investigation will be opened as needed.
- When we determine that a Realtor has a negative reputation they will be removed from our website.
